Deverill Valley & Crockerton WI celebrate the life of Mrs Sylvia Titt

A memorial plaque has been produced in Longbridge Deverill by kind donations to celebrate the amazing life of Mrs Sylvia Titt who had lived in the village all her life and who passed away in 2020.

She had been a member of Deverill Valley & Crockerton WI for over 67 years. She had also been part of village life in Longbridge Deverill all her life serving the Church, Parish Hall, Mother & Toddler Group & the Royal British Legion.

If you wanted to know anything about the village you always asked her and she was always very willing to help you. When restrictions are lifted the plaque will be hung in the village hall where Sylvia spent so much of her time.
