As shared at yesterday’s AGM, our brave Campaigns Team Chair, Gill Gibson-Piggott, is taking on a bold challenge tomorrow (10th October) — she’ll be doing a firewalk to raise funds for Society Without Abuse (SWA).

For those unfamiliar, a firewalk means walking barefoot across hot coals — yes, really! Gill chose this powerful challenge as a symbol of the courage and resilience shown by survivors of domestic abuse.

She won’t be alone — volunteers from Soroptimists and SWA will be joining her in this inspiring event.

If you’d like to cheer Gill on in person, come along to: Swindon Cricket Club, The County Ground, Swindon, SN1 2EEThe first firewalk is expected to start around 7:30pm, and there’ll be refreshments available too!

Can’t make it but still want to show your support? You can sponsor Gill and the team via the Big Give link:🔗 https://donate.biggive.org/campaign/a05WS000004teQnYAI

Let’s rally behind Gill and help raise vital funds for SWA — every bit of support makes a difference!
