WFWI Events Committee are putting on a real life face to face event in the form of An Afternoon of Entertainment at White Horse Country Park near Westbury.
The Army Diversity Engagement Team is coming from Sandhurst to talk about “Strength in Diversity” on Tuesday 10th August 2021. They will be delivering an engaging presentation covering the purpose and role of the army and will provide first-hand accounts of the “Lived Experience” followed by a question and answer session.
As with previous Afternoons of Entertainment there will be a high tea with sandwiches, cakes and pastries. You will be on tables of six in a safe environment. There will be a raffle and two stalls as well. It starts at 2pm and is all for the reasonable price of £19 per person. You can book online here which gives you the chance to buy a ticket on a first come first served basis. Closing date 27th July.
