Bowood Rhodendrons a Welcome Outing

Outside outings are becoming very popular for WIs now that some of the restrictions have been lifted. As many WI members have been fully vaccinated, people are able to come together and enjoy the social connections which come with this freedom.

Atworth WI has made use of a break in the rainy weather on 22 May 2021 to enjoy a walk through the rhodendrons at Bowood. It was rather muddy but it didn't rain. Ten members and two friends were able to explore together. Has your WI had an outing as we come slowly out of lockdown? Atworth members seem to have really enjoyed their time together.
