Join us for a virtual gathering as we celebrate all that you and the Federation have accomplished during the past year! There will be brief committee reports, video montages of fabulous WIs event pictures, a couple of fascinating interviews with WI members and of course, the 50/50 draw announcement.
Speakers to include Melissa Green (General Secretary of NFWI) who’s role is to support the federations and WIs across England, Wales and the Islands. This will be a chance to hear what the charity is currently doing, hear about the new strategic plan and plans for the future.
And Terry Barker (Wishaw WI) who will be speaking about her Life as a BBC Script Editor where she will walk you through exactly what she used to do whilst working on BBC Birmingham Drama output like Dangerfield, Scarlet Pimpernel and more recently Doctors and Land Girls.

We are hoping that as restrictions reduce, those who are more into technology can help those who are not so sure and enable them to take part. We have to know how many computers/laptops/tablets or phones will be logging on and the owners email address. Members may form groups and use one device between them or may join individually. To ensure the correct technology is arranged to accommodate the numbers taking part it is essential for WIs to return the reply slip sent out last month fully completed especially clearly printed email addresses so that codes for joining the meeting can be sent.
