Trowbridge WI were once again very pleased to be able to support St. James Church by adding their ( recycled) Christmas Tree to their wonderful display at the beginning of December.
They decided that with the theme of love the planet, green hearts would be dominant and all the decorations should be of recycled materials. Using buttons, bits of ribbon, off gifts, left over lace, and cardboard from packaging, they used their November meeting to good effect as you see from the photograph of their busy members.
They also placed gifts of knitted face cloths under the Christmas tree for visitors to help themselves to, alongside details of our afternoon meetings.
